While I was familiar with some basic energy magick going in, this deepened my knowledge and understanding, and I now feel a bit more confident about using it going forward. Like many young witches raised in Christian households, I had to start my journey secretly, and without proper tools. I learned to create and hold a shield first, but never really managed to move far beyond that, because once I was able I got physical tools and started doing more research on how to use them, and work with deities and beings with them. The basic section covered stuff I learned early on when I started down my pagan and witchy path, but was a nice refresher. The advanced section is where I learned some new things, and I plan to add my notes to my personal grimoire. The last chapter is a summary of sorts, with quick bullet points for the most important things. A great resource for beginners and more experienced practitioners who want to expand their knowledge of and practice with energy magick.

Mark NeCamp, Jr. is a healer, author, poet, teacher, spiritual alchemist, and modern day student and practitioner of the Art. He teaches classes using magick as a tool for personal growth.
