But at least he can amuse himself by provoking the beautiful but sharp-tongued assassin who turned his life upside down.
As he struggles to keep hold of the man he is, Sasha must face who he used to be in this steampunk fantasy adventure full of folklore, banter, and artifice.

I really enjoyed book one, and was looking forward to this latest installment in the series. This was a brilliant steampunk adventure, this time we travel to St Petersburg. There were plenty of twists and lots of action to keep you turning pages. Sasha may be in a tough spot, but his determination to follow his own path through everything was admiral. I can’t wait to see who we’ll be following in book three!
