Review: Twilight’s Fall

Twilight’s Fall

Tales of Liamec #4

by J. Steven Lamperti

On his way back to his capital to face down a rebellion, the young king Twilight is ambushed in the forest. Who wants to kill him, and why?

His companions, Aela, Blaine, and Corentin, all rise to the occasion in ways the king never expects. Is there more to them than he sees on the surface?

The journey back to the King’s Seat is fraught with danger, ghostly trials, and survival, but once there, they still must struggle to face down the rebellion.

In the final battle for his kingdom, Twilight faces his end, his doom. Will he and his allies be able to save his kingdom, or will this be Twilight’s Fall?

REVIEW

5 out of 5

I sat down to start reading for a little, and the next thing I knew it was dinner time. Twilight’s fall is a bewitching story that takes you back to Liamec for another adventure. A young king, a rebellion, and the small band of people who wish to help him. The world is richly developed, and I love exploring new parts of it. The characters all had a wonderful depth to them. You’ll be turning pages excited to see what happens next once you start. I cannot recommend this book enough for those who love reading a good fantasy adventure!
