As a professor, Kristoff Knightly enjoyed a simple life teaching and creating art until he was again called upon to save his family. He returned to his family’s security business to do what he did best, solve problems and mediate between his siblings. The IRS coming in and the financial ruin of the security company were the beginning of everything going wrong. His wild imagination conjured images of his grown-up imaginary friend.
From then on, everything in his life got stranger, especially after Jasmine showed up as a real person. The simple life he had fallen apart, and the world became darker in ways neither of them could have imagined.
W.M. Dawson lives in the southwest with her husband and cats that think they are little people. She works as an editor and freelance writer for longer than she’d care to admit. Now free to explore the fiction side of writing, diving into several different genres. Raised in the southwestern part of America, she hides from the writing cave’s desert sun to avoid setting ablaze. She also writes under Wendy Cheairs.
