This was an absolutely deliciously twisted supernatural thriller. I love how dark it turned at times, and the depth and range of emotions that flowed off the pages. If I had to sum this book up in one word, it would be intense. Stanley does an amazing job capturing your attention from the start, and keeps the story moving at a smooth, decent pace that will leave you reluctant to stop reading for even a moment. The imagery is so vivid, you’re pulled into the story, and it just unfolds around you. I won’t give any spoilers, but if you want a dark thriller that will captivate you and take you to a place where the supernatural exists in our world, then you’ll want to start reading this next!
