Howler
Jackson Investigative Services
by A.J. Storm
His name is Howler for a reason. A self-confident man of forty-three, he controls everything and everyone around him. Women trip over themselves to get the first smile from his lips.
A founder/owner of an investigative service that helps people in trouble, he finds himself in the heart of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. The owner of the very successful Painted Horse Ranch is being vandalized with fires, broken fences, graffiti covered signs, and attempted horse theft.
When Howler’s boots hit the gravel road in front of the owner’s house, he knows he’ll lose his heart. Sadie is slightly older, a curvy, beautiful Choctaw who is as big a control freak as him.
Will she play, or will she fight until she runs him off?
REVIEW
5 out of 5
Whoo, what a wild ride. An alpha male who’s keeping secrets from the woman who won’t admit she wants him as much as he wants her. Sadie’s ranch and heart are on the line – and Howler wants to save one and capture the other. It’s a heart-pounding, thrilling two-step with a lot to lose if things go wrong. Brilliant.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I’m an avid reader of paranormal romance, murder/mystery, sci-fi books and books of all kind really. I am particularly fond of vampire and shifter stories. Currently, I live in the Midwestern part of the United States with my husband and my six-year-old Chocolate Labrador Retriever. I’m a 69-year-old grandmother of six, a mother of two, a breast cancer survivor, and a wife to the same man for 46 years.
In 2006, I discovered voices waking me in the middle of the night telling me their stories, and when I finally listened, I wrote them down. I wrote 13 novels under the name AJ Storm.
Now, I want to take a different turn and write under my own name: P.S. Sutton. My first book is titled Spirit of the Hostile Traveler.
I love writing and sharing my fantasies with others through the written word. I love making people lose themselves in a story and feel the emotions.
